The Chesnutt Room

Named for Fayetteville’s literary pioneer Charles Waddell Chesnutt, this guest favorite overlooks our lush gardens and feels like settling into your best friend’s cozy library. Antique wardrobe, luxe bedding, and morning sun make this one feel like home,

only better.

The Campbellton Suite

Our only first-floor gem, complete with a graceful four-poster bed, plush settee, and original 1926 clawfoot tub just steps away. It’s spacious, bright, and perfect for ease-of-access needs—or just a dreamy soak after a long day of exploring.
Available as a room or Suite, with the addition of the front living room as a seating area or extra sofa bed.

The Lafayette Room

Gold accents, historic flair, and an exquisite modern shower—this one honors Lafayette’s 1825 visit in grand style. Sip your morning coffee in the sitting area overlooking Hay Street’s charming bustle, and let the day unfold.

The Saint Avold Suite

A French-inspired treat, with a dramatic four-poster king, blue-trimmed decorative fireplace, and a tiled shower that’s elegant as a Paris apartment. Bonus: a sunroom with a twin trundle and peekaboo views of Hay Street.

The Lookout Suite

Take the stairs to ultimate privacy. Your own floor, a velvet-topped sofa, coffee bar, and an operational fireplace make this the cozy-chic hangout of dreams. Smart TV included, for when you want to binge Gilmore Girls instead of talking your way through it.

The Dogwood Room

Bright, airy, and fresh as a spring morning, Dogwood features crisp modern decor layered over classic hardwood floors. The elegant wrought-iron king bed is a standout—just like the dogwood blooms Fayetteville is famous for.

The Cottage on Hay

A sweet retreat tucked behind the main house: queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette (no stove but plenty of charm!), and space for pups to wag their tails freely. Ideal for families, multi-night stays, or anyone craving a little extra wiggle room.
