We’re currently hiring for a part-time Innkeeper and Guest Services role.
For the right person, this can grow into a long-term Manager/Innkeeper position.
We also welcome applications from experienced candidates who may be ready to step directly into a leadership role.

Shifts start at 7:45 AM and typically end by 3 PM.
Weekend and holiday availability is a must, as these are our peak times.
Some evening shifts may be required for special events and the Manager/Innkeeper role.

Hospitality Associate (Housekeeping + Breakfast)
This hands-on role is all about thoughtful details and a warm, welcoming presence. You’ll prepare and plate breakfast, clean and reset guest rooms, refresh common areas, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Most of the time, you’ll work solo or alongside one other team member.
We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and kind — who takes pride in doing things well and can be trusted to keep the place looking beautiful.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare, cook, and plate a rotating breakfast menu

Clean and reset guest rooms and bathrooms to high standards

Tidy common areas and assist with laundry

Replenish supplies and maintain a clean, functional kitchen

Greet and assist guests with warmth, clarity, and attention

Maintain logs and daily checklists with precision
What You Bring:

Able to follow breakfast menus and food prep plans

Comfortable cleaning, hosting, and problem-solving

Calm, composed, and proactive in guest interactions

Details:

Innkeeper/Hospitality Manager
$20/hour to start · 30–35 hrs/week with flexibility
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep a boutique inn running — and isn’t afraid to scrub a toilet, plate breakfast, and take full ownership of the guest experience.
You’ll manage scheduling, supply orders, quality control, and guest communications, while also stepping into the daily innkeeper role as needed. You won’t be micromanaged, but you will be counted on.
If you’ve run a boutique property, managed a housekeeping team, or overseen operations in a guest-facing environment, we want to hear from you.
This is a long-term, high-responsibility role with real autonomy and impact. If you’re not quite there yet, no problem, our team is built to promote from within.

What You’ll Own:

Grocery list management, ordering, and inventory

Staff scheduling, communication, and shift coverage

Daily walk-throughs and quality control

Guest communication by phone, email, and platform (ThinkReservations)

Event prep and coordination, when applicable

Ongoing systems improvement in partnership with ownership
You’ll Need To:

Confidently cook and plate our rotating breakfast menu

Step in to clean and reset guest rooms when needed

Oversee and support other staff with clarity and follow-through

Be on-site most days (even briefly) to ensure standards are met

Be proactive, precise, and highly communicative
