Entire Inn

Capacity: 25 guests*

Available with reservation of 1 guest room Sun - Thurs | 11am-3pm

*up to 40 guests with Patio 

The ground floor of the Inn offers an intimate setting for private events, celebrations and showers. 

This large room is ideal for gathering everyone in one space and can include an 8ft wooden table, folding tables and assorted seating options.

Venue Rental Fee: $425 for 3 event hours
(+FREE half h
our before for set up and half hour after for pack up), $115 for every hour thereafter

With Patio: $575 for 4 hours (3 event hours), $150/hour thereafter

Food and beverage service may be arranged for an additional charge

Capacity: up to 45 guests

Availability: Any day of the week with whole house 6 room reservation

 Welcome your guests through the front door of the Inn to your event in the two main living rooms and dining room. The front and back porches may be utilized and all spaces are connected by a central hallway that's made for mingling. 

Venue Rental Fee: $675 for 4 event hours and $150 for each additional hour

Food and beverage service may be arranged for an additional charge

Capacity: up to 60 guests

Availability: Any day of the week with whole house 6 room reservation

Contact us to create a truly customizable experience utilizing the main floor, the gathering space on the ground level and/or the grounds of the Inn for your special celebration.  

Venue Rental Fee: begins at $1050 for 4 event hours

Food and beverage service may be arranged for an additional charge

Group Reservations and Cancellation Policy: 

 

A group reservation is when parties who are travelling together book three

or more rooms at the same time, for the same period of time. Upon booking your stay, a deposit is required of 50% of your stay (2+days) or 100% of 1 night reservations.  Thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, we will bill the balance of your reservation/stay. Any group cancellations must be done 30 days in advance, otherwise, deposit will be forfeited. 

 

To create the best possible experience and ensure all parties have the information they need, we request the names of all guests and a phone number and email address for at least one guest in each room no later than 7 days prior to arrival to communicate check-in information, breakfast plans, etc. For whole home reservations, family style breakfast may be offered.
