The ground floor of the Inn offers an intimate setting for private events, celebrations and showers.

This large room is ideal for gathering everyone in one space and includes tables and seating for up to 40 guests.

Venue Rental Fee: $550 for 4 hours

With Patio: $650 for 4 hours
$150/hour thereafter

Welcome your guests through the front door of the Inn to your event in the two main living rooms and dining room. The front and back porches may be utilized and all spaces are connected by a central hallway that's made for mingling.

Group Reservations and Cancellation Policy:
A group reservation is when parties who are travelling together book three
or more rooms at the same time, for the same period of time. Upon booking your stay, a deposit is required of 50% of your stay (2+days) or 100% of 1 night reservations. Thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, we will bill the balance of your reservation/stay. Any group cancellations must be done 30 days in advance, otherwise, deposit will be forfeited.
To create the best possible experience and ensure all parties have the information they need, we request the names of all guests and a phone number and email address for at least one guest in each room no later than 7 days prior to arrival to communicate check-in information, breakfast plans, etc. We highly recommend that each party within the group put their own credit card on file for damages and incidentals, otherwise the guest who makes the primary reservation will be held financially liable.
For whole home reservations, family style breakfast may be offered.
