The following measures are in place for the protection of our guests and staff alike. We want you to relax and enjoy your stay with us at The MacPherson House.

 

1. Guests cannot check in if showing any flu-like symptoms, including but not limited to: elevated temperature, chills, cough, shortness of breath, body aches, etc. If you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 or think you may be infected, please stay home.  

2. We offer contact free check-in – separate instructions will be sent before arrival. Please provide us with your arrival time.

3. Rooms are cleaned according to CDC guidelines. Door handles, keypads etc. are sanitized before arrival.

4. Housekeeping will be available every 3rd day during each stay – fresh towels and toiletries are available upon request. If you need anything please call & ask us. We are here to make your stay enjoyable.

5. Breakfast options include a brown bag breakfast, which can be enjoyed in your room or on the front or back porches. Hot breakfast is also served on the back porch.  

6. Guests are encouraged to wash their hands often, especially after touching any surfaces. Hand sanitizer is available in the main hallways. Please respect safe social distancing practices.

7. We kindly ask guests to comply with North Carolina COVID restrictions, which require that non-vaccinated people wear face coverings while out in public when physical distancing of 6 feet is not possible.
